Surprise to Iowa

I love weekends! Anyone else with me?!

Friday evening we had the perfect night for an engagement session. Loved getting to meet Ali + Max in german village. They are my last wedding of 2016, a December wedding, I cant wait to be a part of!! Don’t miss their blog this week 🙂 

Saturday, We got to film a wedding and It was beautiful. Thankfully the big storms all over didn’t hit much of us. Just a little passing shower. It was a humid day, our cameras would kept fogging up. But Jamie & Patty were such a sweet couple and their day was beautiful. They had a live band at their wedding reception, Conspiracy band and they were INCREDIBLE. I told Trev I want to throw a party to just have them their singing. AMAZING. If you need a live band for your wedding, definitely check them out! 

Then early Sunday morning, my sister in law, Hannah, picked me up at 6:15am and we headed to IOWA! We were going to surprise each of our best friends. We arrived in Iowa around 2:45pm and I dropped of Hannah with her bestie and I drove up about 25 minutes to surprise Erica, my college best friend. I knocked and she couldn’t hear the door, so I walked in their home and called for her, she came around the corner and freaked out. It was the best surprise! I am so thankful to be here a few days to spend some time with her cute little family.
