Last summer, when I received an email from Makala about being a part of her wedding day, I was so excited! It was a new venue and place I had not been and she was sweet as can be. Then last fall, I went out to her families property and took their engagement photos. I got to meet Adam and his sweet daughter Hannah. We had such a great time! You might remember their engagement session, they have a love for horses, so we for sure got them on their horses. If you missed it, you can check it out here. By the end of their session I had felt like I had known them and Makala’s mom forever! They were so warm, sweet and laid back. I knew their wedding day would be so beautiful and a blast to be a part of. 

Saturday, finally came and it was their wedding day!! It was a gorgeous day, not a cloud in the sky! They got married and had their reception at Simon Kenton Inn, near Springfield, Ohio. It was very pretty. Adam & Makala, shared a first look and then a first look with Hannah, his daughter. It was the sweetest thing. Makala your dress was stunning and you looked gorgeous girl!!! At the end of the evening we got their old truck out for some sunset photos. Oh man was it gorgeous!! We tried shooting with it in brighter daylight sun and decided to wait until evening when it was more glowy, it was the best decision. I love all their photos!
