Into the Woods at Sunset

Earlier this summer, I met Katie at panera bread with her Mom. We talked all about her wedding day and the excitement that was to come. I was so excited they chose me to capture their wedding day. Fast forward a few months later, I finally get to meet Katie & Pete together! We had the most perfect evening for their engagement session. Katie & Pete wanted to find tall trees in the woods and Hoover Dam was the perfect spot. We found ourselves walking through the woods and then chasing the gorgeous golden light. We even hiked down to the water. Katie brought her grandmother flannel blanket, it was amazing. I love vintage flannels, and this was a keeper! These two snuggled in it as the sun went down. It was such a dreamy evening.

I loved getting to know these two high school sweet hearts. 7 years of dating and their wedding day will be here next year! Thank you so much Katie for choosing me to capture your day. I cant wait until next June! Enjoy the many favorites from our time together!
