IT’S OFFICIAL!!! 

We are home owners!!! We signed the papers this morning and we officially have our very first home!! YAY!!! We will be staying in our cute town of Upper Sandusky! This has been in the works for the last 30 days and I am so excited to finally say it is ours. YAYA!!! It was built in 1900 and has so much old character. It is a big fixer upper and we cant wait to share the progress with you all! We will be living where we are for now while we do the work, but I can hardly wait to make this our home!!! Do not worry more to come on the 1900 Bowman home!! But for now we are off to celebrate and get tools to start the demo!!
