Can hardly believe we just shot our last 2016 wedding of the year!! What an incredible year it has been, I cant wait to do a recap in a couple weeks 🙂 We ended the year on a high note. Oh this wedding was a dream. When I met Max & Ali during their engagement session, I knew we would hit it off great. They were so sweet, so in love and absolutely adorable to photograph. Their day finally came and it was such an honor to be a part.
As I arrived to the hotel, where the girls were getting ready, Ali was already beaming ear to ear. She was gorgeous as ever. My sister, Shannon did all the wedding hair and it looked fabulous. We got Ali in her dress and her bridesmaids went wild over how gorgeous she was. Such a sweet moment to remember. I love those little first looks with the bridesmaids. These girls braved the chilly temps and it sure was worth it. It was a beautiful day! Ali & Max were married at the Greek Orthodox church in the short north. They shared a moment together, reading their notes back to one another but not being able to see each other. It was so sweet. Right before the ceremony, Ali’s dad came to see her and it was another precious moment. They had a beautiful ceremony and again they whole bridal party braved the cold temps again. Thank you Ali for being a trooper and never complaining about the cold!! You guys were seriously amazing. I am so in love with all their portraits, we had about 45 minutes of light after the ceremony and we used every minute of it. Their reception was back at The Westin hotel in downtown. Always a gorgeous venue. Madison house flowers did all the bouquets and center pieces and they were absolutely gorgeous as well. Their dj was Mike with DJ Axcess and he was hands down one of the best DJ’s we have worked with. Also great working with their Videographer Mark! Every part of their day was perfect.
Huge congrats to Ali & Max!!! And a big thanks to you two for having us a part of us a special day!!! We loved celebrating with you two along with your family & friends. Such a great wedding to end the year on. Don’t miss all my favorites below.
Happy Wedding Wednesday!
